Hello so i started a topic on reddit here : https://www.reddit.com/r/PSSD/s/wmp2DCQUiW
It surprised me how many people feel difference regarding heart beat ... It's also known that serotonin syndrome can cause heart valve problems.
I was shocked by one reply, he claims his mitral valve is damaged by SSRI's and he needs surgery in coming 5-10 years ...
How many of you had their heart valves checked after PSSD ? Please let me know.
Here is some research info also :
" The researchers found that taking selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) – the most commonly-prescribed antidepressants – was associated with severe mitral regurgitation "

Any humor change, anxiety, depression change the heart pulse. High doses of some meds can change too.
From my experience, when I’m on a anxiety crisis I feel my heart better when start taking SSRI.
