What to do when you need meds again?

I think i need meds to try to improve from my current situation, GAD,Depression,insomnia,etc..

I'm sure don't want SSRI'S again..anyone tried a diferent class with effectiveness on those problems without sexual dysfunction?

I had the same problem 6 months ago. I was VERY bad and needed medical help after trying exercise, yoga, natural herbs with no success.

I asked Dr. Healy and another docs who believes in PSSD and some people I trust in this forum because their knowledge as I was too scared ... my suicidal ideas were 24/7 and I rwally needed a solution. They told me benzo are not likely to cause more harm

Even if It is not the best solution because is chemical shit, I´m having benzodiazepines: I´m controlling doses in order to avoid increasing them and I´m a bit better than 6 months ago...

What I am currently taking is lorazepam (1mg+1mg/day). It doesn´t quit depression but a main component of depression is anxiety in my case... so I at least achieve tranquility some hours per day...

I have horrible days as well, but I can say this allows me to live

By the way...Try YOGA. It helps a lot
