I think the problem might be the financial charges?
You should try a class action suit. In my country a class action suit is not possible.
German fmri study about PSSD could be possible! Criteria: http://www.pssdforum.com/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=1020

We would have to prove that the manufacturers know PSSD is a real thing and yet fail to list it as a side effect or inform doctors about it, right? I'm sure they would feign ignorance of it and/or deny that it's real. I imagine it would be very difficult to take them on.
I'm certainly not trying to discourage anyone from trying though. If my side effects keep persisting I'm going to contact a lawyer.

This is interesting: "It is worth mentioning that no clear causal links between Propecia use and sexual side effects have been established. The drug’s method of action, however, makes the connection highly plausible."
So we would need to show a highly plausible connection between ssris and permanent/persistent sexual side effects. I think there's enough evidence to provide this.

also interesting "The above plaintiffs and other people injured by Propecia claim that Merck Knew or SHOULD HAVE known that Propecia increases the risk of persistent and permanent side effects, even after consumers discontinue use."

So, if we can't prove that SSRI companies know about PSSD, maybe we can argue that they should have known, considering all the reports and documented cases of it, and that they were irresponsible to ignore or fail to investigate these reports.
