Jarrow CDP Choline - Got mine at Vitamin Shoppe. It will have a strong effect in the beginning (at least it did for me). The peak effect for me occured after my two weeks on the supplement, and my one week off. I just finished my first week back on it, and the effects are less pronounced. There is something going on in my lower back/prostate, scrotal region that feels like its blocking the feeling. It can be painful at times and I have had MRIs that do not show anything particularly out of place in that region. I wonder if it has something to do with the muscles/nerves in there. This has been going on for a while now.

I know this is TMI, but the cdp choline + caffeine combo made me so horny I came twice today and one of those times was standing up. What is with this supplement?! Only thing lacking is full hardness. It doesn't do anything to my erections, but just about everything else.

WONDERFUL. So happy for you! Nothing here is TMI! Actually it prepped me so well for talking to my doctor about PSSD, because I've already talked about my dic so much online that it just seemed normal.
