Using the power of big companies who has the competive relashionship with SSRI-companies.

here is a letter i wrote to Les Laboratoires Servier Industrie who produces agomelatine(Valdoxan). Thinking of the competive relationship between agomelatine and SSRIs companies , it may do a great help if we write to the companies who produces agomelatine and mirtazapine（these two medicines do not cause PSSD）. The companies who produces agomelatine and mirtazapine will help people acknowledge the meaning of PSSD.

here is the letter I wrote to Les Laboratoires Servier Industrie :

"I used Paroxetine to treat my depression. and Paroxetine did a good work on my depression,But it caused a Post-SSRI sexual dysfunction. my penis became numbness and anesthesia since I began to take it.Now it is 6 months since i stopped using Paroxetine,my penis still feels numb and anesthesia.

I searched the Internet and found a saying called PSSD--Post SSRI Sexual Dysfunction. I almost met all the clinical feature of PSSD.

anymore. It is really a painful thing to have PSSD.I used to be a man who loves making love very much and enjoy my love-making.But now my penis feels numb and anesthesia ,i feel very painful and sorrow.

How I hope i chose to use Valdoxan when i had my depression and not to choose a kind of SSRIs!

Using the power of the big companies is a smart idea . Believe me,the companies who produces agomelatine and mirtazapine want to hear from us very much. They will collect all the information we provide and report the information to the public as soon as they can. Because they want to beat SSRI-companies down.

Yea, i also think that the SSRI-companies are aware of PSSD. but they just pretend not knowing it and they will deny the existence of PSSD. Compared with SSRI-companies , our voice and strength is weak on some level,we cannot deny that . that's why i suggust we use the power of big companies who produces antidepressive drugs but not SSRIs( for example,agomelatine and mirtazapine).

By the way, agomelatine and mirtazapine are the strongest competitors to SSRIs in clinical by now.

I think it is a smart thing to do : )
