When I go through really strong emotions I find that I am able to get slightly mentally aroused sometimes, which with cialis actually leads to an 80-90% erection. It's like I can feel the same process working that used to happen all the time when I'd get aroused, but only in extreme situations.
I think this was a case of cortisol and epinephrine being released in massive quantities for a couple of days due to emotional pain and heartbreak. I'm assuming the changes are very short-lasting though.

Adding on to this, I think getting into situations that would previously arouse you most intensely (so kissing/hugging a person you would find attractive) for a prolonged period of time might help? This is complete speculation based solely on my limited experiences though.
