Up-to-date summary of PAPSD treatments?

I've been on a lot of antipsychotics, sometimes concurrently with ssris too. So it is possible, likely even, that I have some level of PAPSD as well as PSSD. So can anyone tell me what I should be looking into to address that so I can add it to my regime if I do not see full recovery with estradiol and dht for pssd

What recovery are u looking for? What sort of issues are you having currently lost soul?You only have erection problems? And beside that what about libido orgasm sensation?

And other issues are completely fixed back to normal human level?
Check ur prlactin levels
If its just erection then i would say stay on the e2 plus dht for 3 weeks at the same dosage. Remember it took estrogen 22 days for starting recovery
So u need to give the dht combo some time
