Not only that my penis has shrunken a lot. It is super soft as there is no single drop of blood in it. Also using a vacuum pump it is in 90% of the times impossible to get blood in there und thus an errection. No doctor can explain why this is. They think that I am talking bs, but for this reason I connor train my penis with a vacuum pump. Why don’t I get blood in there?

After being maybe 1 year in with pssd I developed a very veiny penis. All the veins pop out like spaghettis. It is rediculous and independent of flaccid or erect state. I found out that many guys have this issue. Has somebody an explanation for that?

It sounds like some sort of vasoconstriction that’s causing the veins and shrinkage. I would go to a pelvic floor therapist to see if they can diagnose you and check into the hard flaccid subreddit and start a routine from there.

I have seen a pelvic floor specialist, but she did not find anything that would explain these symptoms. But after I went to the toilet, there seems to me normal bloodflow in my penis, as colour is back to normal, weight is heavier, and when you squeeze it you can notice that blood is going on and out. Normally there is no blood at all…

Does anybody's PSSD worsen when taking calcium or am I the only one on the planet? This seems like a clue towards fixing it but I have no idea. Calcium always ruins my sleep and boners. WTF
