Reduced immunity and high fever

a: Do you have reduced immunity and catch viral fever/ infections ? b: Everytime you get flu , does your body temperature go to abnormally high levels - 104+

I'm good... immunity has so many factors like stress, fatigue, nutrition status
I caught flu with slightly higher body temp, head ache, dizziness last week, (+1 celsius) and recovered in 4 days..
Too much workout sometimes give me 2 much fatigue which have probably lowered my immune strength

I had flu summer 2016 and my temperature rose to abnormally high levels, since then haven't been ill at all though so don't think I have weakened immunity
