Hey guys. I really want to see how long everyone on here has been suffering, and if any long term sufferers have seen any improvements and/or windows, preferably without supplements. Thx

Next week is my pssd anniversary.I had not taken any supplement till 6 months in which I get a very slight improvement.I have doubt about wikipedia page in which it is mentioned that pssd passed away within a year.

It's 4 years for me, I started to have some improvement after few months from the adverse reaction to Citalopram. I start to take supplements and drugs after 6 months, now it's almost a year since I didn't take anything.

Dead on 5 years now. But I have (stupidly) been on SSRIs on and off since the initial onset. In any case I think there's no hope of natural recovery for me.

Can more people answer this question? I think it’s important to know how many years off ssris most people on here are.

Since 2010 and still going strong. /sigh When someone says something like that its a usually a good thing :/

since 2018, fgotten better over the years, spontaneous erections and keeping it up still major issues, along with lost sensitivity. buy maybe i wank too much and use too much porn. im also a huge videogame nerd and get major adrenaline rushes from that. im pretty sure it worsens the pictuer
