I've been lazy about signing up for this site with everything else that's been going on lately, but I'm back. So that's cool.

The endocrinologist turned out to be useless, and prescribed me cialis for which I now have to fight with insurance companies to get the prescription approved. Gave me samples, though.

I kind of fell off meds with the massive amount of stress that was going on. All I've been tkaing recently is Vitamin D/Fish OIl. Adding Vitamin C since I recently got sick, going to try to keep that up.

I'm starting over with the meds, going to try to get used to taking them instead of convincing myself taking 10 tablets a day is an easy habit to form. So, for now, just huperzine, choline, and ropinirole. That should be fine.

I'm going to do that for a while and then finish the three month meriva/curcumin stack that I wanted to do. That should put me around summertime, and I'll do piracetam/inositol during that period. I have a lot of options after that. Bacopa monnieri? Forskolin? I have a lot of options, and I'm in this for the long haul. I'll probably end up trying them all at some point, but I'm going to exhaust the obvious options (those two) before trying some more esoteric things. Probably going to try to add icariin daily in an attempt to supplement whatever PDE5 inhibitor I'm taking. Might try to exercise more (am already active, though), and get yohimbine as well.

Let's get this back on track.
