PDE5 Inhibitors
Why has this never been posted anyway, people are sleeping under a rock here???

Vardenafil reverses erectile dysfunction induced by paroxetine

Stimulation of serotonin transport by the cyclic GMP phosphodiesterase-5 inhibitor sildenafil.
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/15507214
Someone who has good knowledge explain if this would be beneficial or not especially the effect on 5htp levels, would vardenafil increase or lower serotonin levels?
Also im 70% recovered by using ginkgo and cdp-choline, not 100% yet, but I feel as if my brain is normalizing.
Ran out of inositol weeks ago so adding that back again to finally use them all 3 together, my hope is 85-90% recovery by the addition of inositol.

Re: Vardenafil & Sildenafil
Do you take a vardenafil or sildenafil, or together?
Every day?
I would like to try a inositol, I take a sildenafil or tadalafil, the erection is good but my libido isn't good.
Cialis 5mg every day for 3 months it can reestablish erection definitively?

Re: Vardenafil & Sildenafil
Ive only seen studies of sildenafil and vardenafil having an oxytocin like mood/brain effects.
Cialis seems to not do this (atleast didnt found any studies when searching online), cialis most likely also targets different isoenzymes of PDE's.
And no I do not take vardenafil nor sildenafil daily though on times I do take it, there is definatly some sexual enhancement mentally going on, not just increased sensitivity downstairs.
Especially vardenafil looks promising, im currently re-introducing inositol back again and expecting to get benefits from it once again. After that I'll reconsider if I want to do the daily vardenafil dosing.
I dont get most of the guys on here anyway, seems alot of them are 'scared' to get detoriations of their none existant libidos? I mean come on if you got nothing to lose go all in and try everything that cause possibly benefit you.
Then again my libido issues seemed to come 100% from my brain, my testosterone levels came back good.

Re: Vardenafil & Sildenafil
Numbed thanks for posting this. This is the post that got me to take the cialis my psych prescribed and it has been a great move. I'm taking 2.5 every other day and I'm getting good morning wood and am able to perform a lot better sexually. This has been good psychologically. Other symptoms remain but this helps a lot.
reading some of the posts of those who recovered, it seems like at least a couple of them were using cialis to manage their symptoms. It seems possible that cialis could be helpful to recovery from a pharmacologic perspective, rather than solely psychologically.
Otherwise, since taking the cialis, I'm definitely sleeping a lot better. My sheets are comfy as fuck in the morning.

Re: Vardenafil & Sildenafil
Not a prob,
I feel as if viagra still gives the strongest oxytocic boost out of all 3 of them, cialis is weird, gives me unwanted boners without the desire, its odd and annoys me.
Cialis also inhibits pde11 from what I understand, and pde11 ACTIVATION is necesarry for normal response to social cues in animal models.
Im assuming you have been taking 2.5mg vardenafil btw or???

Re: Question for guys. How many have ED and if, how bad is it?
I have ED and it’s quite severe. If I masturbate I have to furiously jack my dick to get a 30% erection and it will go away within a few seconds of me not stimulating it.
When i take viagra I can get a 60% quality erection with which I could theoretically have sex. However, there is still the lack of sensation and general desire to have sex.
So basically I don’t have sex.

Fluoxetine (Prozac) from August '16 to February '17. No sex drive, severe erectile dysfunction, pronounced anhedonia.

Have you tried Trazodone, Prazosin or another alpha-1-blocker with it?WeWillOvercome wrote:I have ED and it’s quite severe. If I masturbate I have to furiously jack my dick to get a 30% erection and it will go away within a few seconds of me not stimulating it.
