I am curious to hear you response to this question, because social isolation in male mice specifically alters the p450 enzyme pathway involved in Allo biosynthesis.

Yes - but not to the point of being totally cut off from the outside world. I was certainly more on the extroverted side before I battled with depression.

It should be noted that social isolation pretty much goes hand in hand with depressive illness and anxiety disorders though, so a correlation will no doubt be found whether it means anything or not.

I'm going to try to low dose fluoxetine, keep in mind at low doses fluoxetine doesn't touch serotonin (fluoxetine has a really long half-live, something to take into consideration). buffkin can you share your experiences with low dosing fluoxetine it seemed to help you at first but it later had no effect. All in all I don't expect to regret this decision, this is something I have had in the back of my mind for the past week. I've been eating beef liver which taste disgusting and makes me throw up a little and going to try cod liver/butter oil no one here seem to have tried this except for lost_soul, I'm including a significant amount of cholesterol but not overdoing it too much, into my diet.

If you did isolate yourself prior to PSSD I think it's super important to make sure you're tackling that now
PSSD Since March 2016 after 4 weeks on Sertraline
Conditioned worsened and peaked in April, since then possibly seen a 20% improvement
Would be useful for data collection if people could add their histories in their signature

I'm less introverted than before PSSD becuase I learned overnight that everything that used to keep me from doing things was trivial.

After I go that out of the way I started being more confident.

I experience the same i guess, but i contribute it to lack of feelings in general, including anxiety.
