aloe vera concentrate pills, works good here. i had no problems pre ssri....

ive always had bouts of sudden diarrea since i was about 10 id say
interestingly its gotten slightly better over the past half year
probiotics and knowing your own limits with certain things helps even though i doubt its just an intolerance

I did not, but i also dont have these issues post-PSSD.

I was always constipated but im not sure if that was the reason why i felt fatigue at times.

Reason I asked was that I had very mild digestion problems pre SSRI, and seemingly no problems since PSSD, but then I've got massive benefits from taking Betaine HCl, which essentially assists with upper gut digestion. So I believe at least some of my symptoms are due to inadequate digestion, and am seeing a nutritionist to see if I can sort this.
