There are research papers out there documenting that lithium can induce erectile dysfunction. ED and little to non-existing libido are my biggest problems. For someone like myself lithium seems like a significant risk rather than a solution.

Hi,

I wanted to let people know that thanks to my suicidal depression, I had to add a new drug to my 600mg of lithium carbonate, 25 mg of lamictal. My PSSD is still cured, but the lamictal slightly raises my sex drive. I am not sure if that is something worth looking into.

Hi bunny

happy to hear that you are cured !

i wonder if it's permanent or temporary until you take off the lithium carbonate??
Why would she? if it works just keep on taking it.

Anyone with extreme cognitive and sexual pssd symptoms try lithium and get any relief besides op? It's a potent gsk3b inhibitor which should upregulate sert and 5ht1a expression.

Sad that there is an actual cure here, yet no one has actually tried what provided the cure? Makes me wonder a little what the point of the forum is. Just a casual observation from someone dropping by first time in ages. Why would almost no, or even possibly absolutely no, people have even tried this?
