Yohimbe

Hey guys
One of my pssd symptoms are inconsistent erection strength (especially if under stress). I know some of the board members mentioned undesirable side effects from yohimbe, so I tried using half the recommended dose on the bottle before sex.
I was able to stay harder even when changing positions - and I didn't get many side effects. I don't think the effect was strong enough for someone that has severe erection problems, but for someone that just needs a little extra help it might be useful.

I used this brand http://www.amazon.com/COUNTRY-LIFE-VITA ... power+1000 at half the recommended dose - so 4mg yohimbine alkoloids.

Great! What dosage did you use? How much time before sex? What were the side effects?

You can combine it with cialis, it's an awesome combo.

I took 4mg of the active compound (yohimbine) around 30 minutes before sex. You should be able to figure out a similar dose with any product by reading the back label. The only side effect was a mild stimulated feeling (like having a coffee).

Yohimbe - Partial Recovery

Hello everyone. I'd like to mention something that has helped out during the past two weeks or so. A coworker of mine who is big into nutrition recommended a health foods store near where I live. While I was browsing for food and booze I picked up some yohimbe capsules. Unfortunately, it wasn't a cure-all, but I noticed improvements in two symptoms: libido and erection quality.

I haven't exactly figured out when or how it starts to work, but I take three capsules evenly spaced out throughout the day and notice an increase in libido and erection frequency and duration. Not to get into TMI but I now get erections during the day unprompted by any visual stimuli. The only problem I have with this supplement is that it doesn't seem to do anything for genital anesthesia or ejaculatory anhedonia. That being said, I find the libido increase carries over to life motivation in general; I find myself more goal-oriented and more hopeful than I was previously.

This isn't a plug or anything, but the particular brand I bought was Yohimbe-Plus from Irwin Naturals. The capsules contain not just yohimbe but fish oil, ashwaganda, horny goat weed, tribulus, and ginkgo so you could likely make a cocktail on your own without having to buy from a particular company.

So, while I'm not anywhere near being fully cured it's the closest I've got to feeling normal again. I was able to purchase a few Adderall from a friend of mine, and while I know that's somewhat dangerous, I'm pretty desperate at this point and am willing to risk almost anything to see if I can get back to normalcy. I'll log back in with my report. Best of luck to all of us.

Adderall + Yohimbine is a big NO!

Oh, I won't use them together, then.

Don't mix Yohimbine with other stimulants, even with caffeine you got to be careful. There's a reason why yohimbine has been called "a panic attack in a pill" ;)

Huh, I didn't notice that much agitation when I take it, but I'll keep my wits about me.

I managed to get a referal to the neuro-urology team at queens hospital central london. They are top clever people. they admitted the damage from pshyce "meds" are permanent and made a yohimbe hydrochloride reccomendation to my doctor. the manufacturers side effects leaflets are just a bunch of random effects that rarely happen even though the rigged sheet reporting says common being 1 in 10 victims for each "effect". no side effects are reported. its the mentals fault. how would anyone possibly know.

Im scared to take yohimbe though. i believe it may also cause it potentially and not for agitated people. another great damage the "meds" left me with. permanent anxiety i never had before. i cant even count on my hands in a shop. i could before. probably all something to do with the brain zaps at some level. body doesnt do that sort of thing as a practical joke...

I don't use it much because it makes me jittery. It sure does work though. It would be perfect if the side effects weren't so bad.
