PSSD and Nifedipine

Hi Guys, I have problem with hemorrhoids in the third degree, it seems that for now I managed to avoid the surgery. The Proctologist wants to see how I react to some therapies. To treat the problem proctologist prescribed me an ointment called Antrolin, which contains Nifedipine. I read that The nifedipine are calcium channel blockers, and can give sexual dysfunction and erectile dysfunction. I like to know if taken as a ointment and applied locally in the rectal area is safe? Or is it better to avoid for a person with PSSD? Here on rxisk it is inserted among the drugs with the SSRI perhaps it could trigger PSSD.
