Hi,
I've been lurking on this forum for quite a while now and finally decided to register. So, long story short.
I took Roaccutane in 2005 for acne, Venlafaxine 201X-2016 and Sertraline in 2016. I've suffered mild-medium isotretinoin side-effects for 15 years now.
Right after using Venlafaxine and Sertraline I got emotional blunting. This year my symptoms got worse. Here are my symptoms atm;
-Anhedonia
-Erectile dysfunction
-0 libido
-Cold hands and feet
-Emotional blunting
-Lack of emotional connection
-Various stomach problems
-Low T
-Brain fog
-Extreme fatigue
What I've tried:
-Multivitamins
-Vitamin D
-Magnesium
-Zinc
-Calcium
-Iron
-Copper
-Iodine and selenium
-Manganese
-Megadose vitamin C
-Niacin flushing
-P-5-P (B6)
-Folate
-Methylcobalamin
-Boron
-Lithium orotate
-Omega 3
-CoQ-10
-5-htp and tryptophan
-L-tyrosine
-Mucuna pruriens
-Taurine
-L-Theanine
-L-Arginine
-Creatine
-Lecithin
-Uridine
-Inositol and choline
-Phosphatidylserine
-Testo Booster
-Liver support formula (R-alpha-lipoic-acid, L-carnitine, Calcium D-Glucarate, Borututu bark extract, Grape seed extract, Turmeric extract, N-acetyl-cystein, Dandelion root extract, Schisandra chinensis extract, Artichoke extract, Barberry root bark extract, L-Methione)
-Green tea
-Gotu kola
-Ginkgo biloba
-Ashwagandha
-Maca
-Spirulina/chorella
-MSM
-Bacopa monnieri
-Liquerice root
-Cinnamon
-Ginger
-Turmeric with black pepper
-Digestive enzymes
-Bile acid factors
-Probiotics and prebiotics
-Antihistamines (Desloratadine)
What has helped me most:
Magnesium, Niacin, Phosphatidylserine, Liver support formula, Bile acid factors, Ginkgo biloba.
Magnesium helps me with muscle weakness. Niacin gives a small relief while flushing. Phosphatidylserine (400mg) helps me relax and makes falling asleep easier.
Liver support formula + bile acid factors + digestive enzymes +probiotics has helped getting my stomach to work better. Ginkgo makes my circulation much better.
Nothing I've tried has cured me . I've had a small window a couple of times and some help with the minor issues though.

Re: Half-alive Intro
Thanks for sharing the elaborate list. I also took ro-accutane, always made me wonder if it made me more sensitive to this...
Interestingly the only things that did help me are not on your list:
Moclobemide, SJW and muira puama gave me windows, but didnt stick. EllaOne also to some extent helped.
Then again, people have different experiences here so it will be trial and error, but good to hear you are trying things and willing to share as well!
