ED is improved, PE is not significantly improved, but the overall difference this week has been pretty significant.

Since this thread has been bumped, I’d like some of your opinions on something please. It’s shroom season and all of my friends are keen to do them soon. I’m worried that by doing shrooms again it could reverse all the progress I have made. Probably unlikely, but maybe it’s best to play it safe and stay away from them? I’ve done MDMA 4 times since recovering and it has not really affected my progress at all. What do you think?

I think the way to go is .5g-1g, 2-3 times a week. Haven’t figured out the timing exactly.

Shrooms are inconsistent in terms of strength. 1g could be a mild trip based on how strong the shrooms are.

You want to take an amount just under the noticeable threshold. If you’re tripping sightly that’s too much imo and you won’t benefit
