I'm 35 year male from Asia. My story has bit different (please excuse my english, english isn't my native language) I have used Dapoxetine (SSRI Med) for my pre-mature ejaculation with viagra and it works like charm, I was sex God and doing sex 5 -6 hrs non stop without ejaculating.

Everything was going fine after 4 years slowly my libido and erection was fade away so I reduse the dose however it didn't effect anything so I stop taking Dapoxetine. And now it has been months I have PSSD I have zero libido with ED.

So I have try high dose of viagra and cilas 900 mg - 80 mg both (together) with little effect, I have tested my testosterone level and Doc says its in normal range.

I don't have any sexual desire zero libido with ED these two has major issue on me, I don't have any anxiety or any issue

2) I have took SSRI (Depoxtine) for my Premature Ejaculation, I almost Took 5 years on/off with high dose. 30 mg 120 mg then 240 mg.

3) I was also hypersexual, wanted to have sex 24/7 and easily masturbated 10+ times in a row, because it was always ultimate pleasure, never had any sexual problems in my life and my emotional feeling was absolutely normal I can laugh, cry at the situation. No mornigs woods, no spontaneus erections,

4) My most annoying symptom no spontaneus nor morning erections. erections are quite bad (after PSSD I never had even once as good erection as pre-PSSD), it's impossible to maintain them.Libido non-existent, for example I was touching girl's breasts with no sexual response.

Pre-PSSD, I was very easily aroused and excited. My penis often became erect just from looking at a girl or non-sexual touch, such as holding hands. I would desire sex multiples times a day.

Now, I started noticing that my short term memory is impaired to, Orgasm are weak also.

5) I've tried almost every popular male sexual enhancement Ayurveda Med available on market (Ashwagandha. shilajit, shatvari, macue purine, horny goat, yhombhi, etc all meds) with no good response.

SIldenafil (viagra) and Cilias >----> using 900 mg Viagra + 80 mg cilias together however still not getting full erection only 60 % erection for short time, quickly lose erection (yes that is insane and unbelievable but yes I'm taking it, maybe my body tolerance level has increased for PDE5 meds) during these last years.

6) No Issue I have access to meds without prescription/ No problem.

7) I have no problems with garlic foods infact I'm daily eat raw garlic on morning.

8) I've done some basic test , testosterone, free testosterone which come normal range.

Side note
1) can't take SSRI anymore cuz i think it will make my pssd worst. so any med which contain SSRI won't help me.
2) I do believe I have lost my horny feeling so that means if we fix this might be it will solve my issue
3) I don't have any anxiety or depression issue after or before.
4) when i was taking these SSRI i feel like zomibe I can sex 9 hrs non stop but without no emotion so i think when I was on SSRI I have no emotion for anything or any motivational thought etc after quieting SSRI emotion are back I can say 70 percent.
5) I have spreadsheet (Record) how much I have take SSRI on months for past 5 years if you need I can give you .

Yes my premature ejaculation come back that is why i think I'm one of the unlucky guy of world cuz most of people got Delayed Ejaculation after taking SSRI MED.

Kali, I strongly recommend that you try L-arginine/L-citrulline. This will recover your tolerance of PDE5 inhibitors and they will work again at low doses. Try them and we will continue working on your libido once random erections are back.

many actually have PE here, and its not well understood why its part of pssd to some but the opposite to others. loratadine helps me, but it also numbs things down so its rather a non-ideal patch.

How come loratadine helps ypu in PE?? just wondering how its possible??? what is the science behind?? cuz so far I have read only SSRI helps PE.

So just curious how did it help you??

Next step is restoring your libido. For this, I recommend low dose Sarcosine + Rasagiline (or Piribedil if you are not scared of DAWS). Also consider raising your total and free testosterone to the upper part of the range, while keeping your estradiol within 25-30 pg/ml.
