Hey meso, i m a fan. its really amazing what you do here.

I m 33 years old male. Have pssd for 4 years

I took Escitalopram for 3 month and
Milnacipran(snri) for two month (this what gave me the pssd)
I was very sexual and emotional before pssd. I needed it all the time.

My symptoms:
Anhedonia (cant enjoy anything i do)
Emotional numbness /no feelings
genital numbness
Penis shrinkage
numb skin everywhere especially at the finger tips and nipples
no libido
pleasurless/mute orgasm
Cognition problems

i tried maca, ginkgo, busper, tyrosin, mucuna, dlpa, l Glutamin, uridine +cholin +dha, inositol, ginseng, ropinirole, pramipexole, ibogaine (mini dose) , syrian rue , magic mushrooms, mdma, lsd

I had a window 3 years ago when i took ginkgo+maca. It last 24 hours but never happaned again. And since then i took a lot of staff that made my condition worse.

Pramipexole made my pssd and anhedonia worse. And since i took it no med effect me (for the good or the bad)

Now i take selegiline /mamantine /Moclobemide and there is no change.

I took a blood test and my tetosteron is fine.
I really dont know what to do anymore, i m hopless.

How did you feel on the days after taking MDMA or psychedelics?

yea i know. and its only getting worse.
i think i felt the same after the psychedelics.
exept when i tried ibogaine microdoing 2 month ago which worse my situation and made my genital numbess worse.

For a condition this severe and treatment-resistant, I believe trying a neurotrophic agent for many months would be the way to go.

Have you tried Semax or P21 or other neurotrophic drugs?

I v tried bpc157 and nsi 189.
Now i m taking fasoracetam.

Do you think i should start with semax?

I have at home Baclofen, fiabserin and shilajit.
