Wellbutrin is a first-line treatment for sexual dysfunction, many people have tried that. Dopa mucuna has been shown to be clinically non-inferior to levodopa, it resolved my anhedonia and helped a little with sexual function.

Did you try l-dopa or pramipexole or other dopamine agonist?

l-dopa is what is in dopa mucuna. I have not tried pramipexole.

Yes dopaminergics could help but they are bad for anxiety people.

Years back (before even knew about these forums) I tried ropinirole. Only stayed on it for a month because the crap mad me sick as a dog. During that month.... saw zero improvement.
