Need help from Expert users. Really bad situation!

My sexual sides are very bad, but my mental an physical ones made me forgot about first one.
I've same synthomps of worst cases of PFS:
. Muscles wastage
. Extreme fatigue
. Physical exercize intolerance
. Muscolar pain
. Tendon pain
. Joint pain
. Joint wastage
. Bone pain
. Penile pain
. Testicular pain
. Dry skin (no sebus production)
. Dry eyes
. Dry hair
. Loosing hair
. Lost of weight
. Facial shape modification
. Low beard growth
. Low pubic hair growth
. High body hair growth
. No sweat
. No body hodor
. Penile shrinking
. Watery ejaculation
. Exreme ED
. Extreme costipation
. No thirst but my urine is clear/trasparent
. Urine incontinence
. Pelvic floor pain
. Extreme brainfog (it's like my eyes and my brain can't comunicate)
. Short memory loss (I totally forget what i do or what I say)
. No more anxiety
. No more suicidal tought
All these synthomps started or worsened after I tried NAC (700MG) and Tribulus Terrestris (700mg), while I was tapering off Clonazepam (after 9 month), on june.
I stopped everything from july. My situation continue to worse. I pretty sure that, if I continue on this direction, I will die in one year.
I need something to manage my mental sides. I read about Vortioxetine. I wanna try low dose (1 or 2mg). I don't care about sexual sides. I just wanna think, speach and remember what I've done.

Try licorice root. Tea or extract, doesn't matter.

How fast did you taper the benzo? Benzo withdrawal is very serious and may have compounded your symptoms. What dose were you on? How long did you taper for?

NAC and tribulus are relatively harmless, but anything is possible.

Can you give us a timeline of events?

I would say wait it out. I had similar problems initially . This can get better

Try low dose of med you taper off. Solve withdrawal problems first with med and then taper off slowly.

I slowly tapered off Clonazepam. I was taking 1mg/die, from may to july, I tapered off.
I took NAC from may to july (700mg die).
I cycled tribulus (1 week on and one week off) first week 350mg/die, second week 700mg/die, third week I started 700mg/die, but I stopped on third day, because my synthomps was worsening.
I tried low carb diet, but didn't worked.
I tried choline and mucuna, but made me feel worse, so I stopped everything.
I have big difficulty even to recognize face of the people.
I still have Paroxetine and Vortioxetine in my home, I was thinking about take one of that a very low dosage.

Sadly docters dont have an answer to this. These are just symptoms you get when you reach the more severe end of PSSD. I too have severe muscle atrophy, incredible amounts of peeing etc.
