Mine is usually longer thab pre pssd, like a 6 hours or more

Usually 2-3 days until I feel sex drive again with better erections

If refractory period is "Time before being able to have an orgasm" : same (and very quick). But silent orgasm...

It*s a joke now, maybe one week, before it was a hour. Masturbation 3-5 times per day was normal for me, now it's 1-2 time per week.

I have refractory peirod all the time, dont have urge to ejaculate at all.

Anorgasmia is one of the marked symptoms of PSSD, it's nearly impossible to cum, so that SSRIs are prescribed off label for people with premature ejaculation.
I guess no sex drive and difficulty to sustain erections after a marathon of faping/porn is way expected.
Even before taking any meds, I noticed that the body needs some rest, and some abstinence helps recover from sexual exhaustion.

Mine is still very short, 2-5 minutes. Having hardcore PE since PSSD I m glad it’s still that short. Otherwise I couldn’t have sex at all

So are you saying you would have pleasureless orgasms when you were experiencing sexual exhaustion ( before PSSD)?

The concept no longer really applies, in general it is a constant low.
