Have you experienced premature ejaculation since PSSD? And if yes, did Buspirone also help with that?

Delayed ejaculation, and buspirone is one option for treating it.

I also find a bit curious these claims of premature ejaculation on PSSD

Most of SSRIs are known to reduce sensitivity (genital numbness) and reducing libido.

It has also being prescribed off-label to "treat" premature ejaculation associated with performance anxiety.

So, It is kind of counterintuitive these drugs making someone having "premature ejaculation".

I do not know if buspirone helps with premature ejaculation, but if yours is because of performance anxiety, who knows if its anxiolitic effect would help.

Better rule out other issues that might explain your sexual troubles.

today is my 77th day of using buspirone, dose 15mg x 3 times a day, very slightly improved orgasms and genital sensitivity, windows of libido I have not had for more than a month, I am losing hope, at the beginning of the treatment there was frequent windows of improvement, it looks like other treatments that have worn out over time

Have you had equal or better improvements in any other drug before?

You still have room for dose adjustments. I have said before that consistent libido was the last improvement I got so far, after more than a year, not the first one.

You seem to be giving much importance to "non-libido" periods, and totally dismissing small improvements you got when the majority of people get nothing.

For dealing with this strict/negative/perfectionist mindset which knows how many days, minutes, seconds, and dosage you have tried so far, there's Cognitive behavioral therapy. For improving the sexual experience, you have seen a drug that helped.

Yes, mood is way better and dose dependent.
Every time I reduced the dosage, I got a bit of mood worsening for a few weeks, but it stabilized somehow.

sorry but your claim about the semen issue being psychosomatic goes against every report i read here, people like me get this damage after a single dosage, next thing you'll say that not responding to exogenous hormones anymore is also psychosomatic...

Psychosomatic is when you have real symptoms induced by psychological causes. Nocebo effect (you know about side effects thus you have them) is psychosomatic, for instance.

About the semen issue, and many PSSD symptoms, the difficulty is to measure symptoms. Therefore, there can be a perception bias (= you overestimate symptoms or see symptoms you do not have).
