I have the common no libido, ED, genital/emotional numbness. I also have had very debilitating fatigue since quitting. Always fatigued with peaks after exercising. The fatigue and emotional numbness have responded very well to 10mg Nortriptyline. Sadly, I can't report any improvements to my sexual dysfunction.
Do you still get good effects from nortriptyline? Same dose?

yeah nortriptyline gives you emotion. It makes you super emotional and you can feel the slightest emotions through air.

So after taking Nortriptyline 10mg for 10 months, the emotional numbness and anhedonia had been feeling better for a while. I then decided to quit the drug and so far (3 months) it hasn't come back. However, my emotions are now really crazy. The ups and downs are higher than before starting antidepressants, but I wouldn't say that is bad. Sexually I was also doing better on Nortriptyline and could have regular sex (with Cialis). After quitting, the sexual things have become worse, I don't know why. All in all, I can't really give a recommendation for the drug.
