Tested a new cream for penis last week and get my hard erections back. Also see and feel improved morning wood. Without bad effects and improvement from first time. Need more testes because can be just a window and no cream effects at all.

I'm curious about people with PSSD (with numb penis), the first 30mins after cream application I feel hot & vibration sensations in my glans. Only have sex after 30-60min after application because in first day I cum very fast.

I think there’s other creams that works like this but there’s others that don’t work.

Hope this cream do not over sensibilize or desensibilize my glans after chronic use.

Update:
- Using cream only 2 or 3 times by week
- Get my hard erections back everyday
- Still on SSRI (micro dosing)

Last weeks I have a great sexual drive to do the tests without using the cream. Maybe past weak erections just a temporary effect after reducing SSRI dosing and after 3 months everything improved.

Timeline:
March
- Cut paroxetine pill again and start taking half dose (from 2.5mg to 1.75mg)
- In days start feeling weak erections
June
- Buy some penile creams and test
- Erections back to normal
July
- Keep using a cream
- Erections stills good and normal

As I already suspected, I possibly had a window. Maybe no cream effect at all.

But why?
- More anxiety and stress? Don’t feel, it’s ok
- Diet changes? No changes…
- Homonal changes? Sex everyday can lower testosterone
- Sexual fatigue? Hum… I abused in the last 30 days
- Sexual instability by SSRI?
- Changes in penile circulatory system?

Must remember that prolactin, which is not prosexual, is also released after orgasms. But
It's been proven that 7 days abstinence which is way less than 90 days nofap penitence, consequently not having much prolactin release, can induce a peak testosterone (more than 100%) after that. This study found it 7 as an optimal period.

The authors found that the fluctuations of testosterone levels from the 2nd to 5th day of abstinence were minimal. On the 7th day of abstinence, however, a clear peak of serum testosterone appeared, reaching 145.7% of the baseline ( P < 0.01).

It makes sense, before mid June I’ve been 1-2 weeks without my partner, no sex, no masturbation at all. After that I have 30 days of great sex everyday.
