Hopeless and depressed

I'm suferring from PSSD for abaout 7 years. saw any doctor possible in my country, no one know this disorder or believe that it's even exist. the last doctor suggested this treatment- zinc supplement, testosterone injection (my levels are completely fine and i don't need it) and brintellix 5MG. I've started the zinc and the brintellix for about 1 week ago and things go the the worst i've ever been - i'm now feel full impotence. i fell scared, alone and hopeless. the doctor said it will improve my condition but he just hurt me more severely and i now have so much anxiety that even the little function that remains before, will now go away forever because of the brintellix.

I'm begging you, please give me advice,i don't know what to do anymore. I need an effective treatment and fast.

I'm 30 years old who suffer from multiple mental disorders - OCD , Anxiety , Depression , Social anxiety , PSSD , DSPS and Tics.

But the first and the most important for me to treat is the PSSD and the Anxiety. please, if someone can recommend on effective treatment so i can ask from a doctor.

Sorry i can't help you with treatment, but don't give up, i am sure that cure is near.

This is through 5ht1a desensitization. 5ht1a are the most sexual receptor in our brains, they suppress empathy very strongly and increase libido, other sexual receptors are CB1 and muscarinic.
Don't take it because it will get worse.

Don't take it because it will get worse. Try high dose propranolol+alpha 1 blocker as soon as possible. (it will also increase beta adrenergic receptors but this may be beneficial).

I'm sorry i didnt understand , what are you saying i should stop because it will get worse? the brintellix or psychiatric drugs in general? cause i saw a drug called viibryd that supposed to be with minimum sexsual side effects and treat well in depression and anxiety. This is the most newest drug i've found. all the others effects sexsuality in high numbers. I found another new drug called Moclobemide, but i couldn't understand if it's treats anxiety.

Also heard on buspirone.

i've already tried - Agomelatine and Mirtazapine which didn't helped at all and did me side effects.

The horrible drug that cause me the PSSD 7 years ago was Fluoxetine.

3 more different doctors recommended on - Aripiprazole, Bupropion and Duloxetine which i didn't tried because the potential side effects.

Well, first thing first. Don't do it [suicide]. It's not worth it. It will leave your loved ones in pain.

Second, what country are you from?

Third, the way forward only begins when you accept your condition and come to terms with it. Your mood should be your priority. Desperation, depression and anxiety won't solve anything. If you don't like brintellix, don't take it. If you feel the need for meds get something else recommended by docs, something less lousy.

Finally, have you tried PDE5i like Viagra, Cialis, etc.?

i will probably will never have the courage to do so, i fell like that for a lot of years and i have ups and downs. but for me, a life without a sex drive are not a life and and are a miserable life. i'll always remember how i was before and it's driving me crazy.

i'm from israel. doctors here sucks.

I tried so much meds, i'm sick of been their ubject of an experiment.

I did try Viagra, Cialis, Levitra. Helpd with the erection only, nothing more. with horrible side effects.

My main PSSD issues are libido and orgasem which are almost doesn't exist at all since i'm suffering from the syndrome. I also have poor ejacilation quantity.

Poor ejaculation quantity could mean partial retrograde ejaculation. Some AD/SSRI do tend to induce that. This physiological issue needs to be looked into by those studying PSSD. Try Buspirone HCL. Start with the lowest dose per day, which should be 5mg, for a week or two. You should be able to tolerate that easily and then gradually increase the dose. It has helped some people with libido as well.

what's bothers me is that i understand this medication needs to be taken few times a day for it to work properly am i right?

Ideally yes. But in my case a single 5mg Buspirone/day would resolve retrograde ejaculation issue. For anxiety, however, you may need higher doses. I haven't done that so someone more hands on needs to guide you on the maximum dose you should take. I am unsure if it had any efficacy for depression.
