Innositol (has not helped me)

Hello!

I have used Innositol (from "Sports & Health") for 33 days:

Days 1 - 25: 18 mg / day in the morning
Days 26 to 33: 36 mg (18 mg in the morning, 18 mg in the evening).

I experienced soft stool.
Starting from day 18, I experienced strong anxiety and really bad mood.

Anxiety and bad mood could of course be from ANYTHING else. I don't want to blame Inositol for that, I just wanted to report it. It would take many other reports to see this happens to other people, too.

No change in libido or amount of ejaculation was observed.

Did you recover from the inositol induced anxiety and other symptoms?

Yes, I had a really strong reaction from Inositol.
These reactions were gone very quickly after stopping Inositol. I think 2-3 days.

I don't know what Inositol does, but it seems to have worked for me (I felt an effect), but it didn't change any of the PSSD symptoms and just made me aggressive.

Are you no longer aggressive from it anymore? Are you currently on any meds?

Correct! 2 days after quitting Inositol, I was no longer aggressive.

I have reinstated Sertaline around 1 month ago because I suffered from strong depression and anxiety.
And I wanted to see if reinstatement helps with libido.
I have created another post for that: viewtopic.php?f=20&t=4682
