According to this study:
Orgasms are greatly dependent on DHT (dihydrotestosterone). Levels. --> https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/7773040/
They are also the main androgen important in erections: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/24751323/
So...how many people with PSSD have tried DHT or methods to increase DHT such as...
Creatine: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/19741313/
Nicotine: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/3200111/
If so, what were the results?
*I have gotten modest results with the use of Nicotine, for anhedonia*
...but this could be from the boost in mesolimbic dopamine as well.

I am very strongly considering giving proviron a go. I may go to a mens health clinic to get on TRT, and add the proviron myself.

Ive been considering trying ssri again too for my mental health, and possibly combining the trt/proviron with ssri use, then discontinuing the ssri and maybe favorable results will remain.

Ive been struggling for a while trying to decide if i should try the trt first or prozac. Eg go on prozac, then add trt if the prozac is helping me mentally, the hope is id have pssd improvement and then i can taper off the prozac and hopefully jacked up DHT levels during this period leave me in a more favorable state. .... or the opposite, jump on trt and proviron first. If that alone helps maybe i wont even need the prozac. Or if it helps pssd but i still struggle with mental health, hop on prozac for a while then taper off it.

DHT has anti-depressant properties so it should help [1] [2].

I take 3g of creatine every day for years. Didn't help libido one bit but it does make you noticeably stronger and a little bit sharper mentally.

Has anybody checked to see if they have AR - androgen receptor gene polymorphisms/mutations say like on a [url=https://promethease.com/Promethease[/url] report, that could be part of the issue?
