PSSD and Ion channels

After two months ago the ophthalmologist used two drops of Benoxinate (Oxybuprocaine) https://go.drugbank.com/drugs/DB00892 , I am no longer well to check my eye pressure. I have developed a pathology called central serous chorioretinopathy, however at the moment I do not have to undergo treatments because the liquid is drying, they say that I already had this pathology, I am followed by a new ophthalmologist who is much more competent than the ophthalmologist who used Oxybuprocaine . The strange thing is that it seems that I have developed new neurological symptoms and food intolerances, some days I seem to be getting better. But other days I have neuropathy in my hands and feet, tingling, burning, numbness and throbbing in the lip, especially after eating certain foods, discharges of diarrhea alternating with constipation.

What other doctor could I see besides the ophthalmologist a neurologist?

I read that oxybuprocaine binds to ion channels, and it is not recommended to take it together with the citalopram that I have not taken for 7 years. Rxisk reports a theory on the development of PSSD with SSRI and the drugs that block ion channels.

Meso can you help me, please?
