Thank you for the detailed reply. If you don't end up finding a "sweet spot" as far as dosing, you might want to consider adding buspirone. From what I read it helps to mitigate some of the unwanted side effects of SSRI's.

I'm taking it on it's own right now with melatonin alongside my nighttime dose, and it seems to be helping a bit. Mood better, and I think I can get harder easier. Morning wood has been good too. Still early, only been a month, but it definitely hadn't made me worse so far.

Yes Im considering adding buspirone. It was recently recommended by a gene type test I took a few years ago. Heres a small cut and paste of the email, Im scared to try those other drugs, and Ive tried Buproprion with awful results.

Based on new knowledge, the new prediction software indicates that you are likely to respond well to the following combinations for the treatment of anxiety and depression:

Vortioxetine OR

Vilazodone + Bupropion OR

Sertraline + Buproprion + Buspirone
