Gut theory is trash. One man wrote about it and all started to think it right path.

As just one data point....
I read that post and thought, what the hell. I did not get prescription antibiotics, which any skeptic can point to. Apart from the antibiotics, I did this guys whole routine with little to no benefit. The anti microbials (Neem, oil of oregano, Berberine), pro kinetic ( motil-pro ), and the now brand probiotic he recommended. I did all of these with a very low fodmap diet for about 3-4 weeks with no beneficial effect.
Maybe I needed the antibiotic to go with it, hard to say. I'm not saying this theory isn't promising, just that this guys stack (minus antibiotic) did not benefit me.
