Are you capable of feeling relaxed, at ease, no muscle tension, no stress, at peace, etc?

Yes, it's been easier after taking all those meds. But I also credit years of mindfulness and breathing exercises.

If you can't be relaxed which means you are anxious. you can remove your anxiety eventhough you have pssd.
