there has been alot reaserch lately in the pssd sub on reddit that states that pssd is caused by SIBO however some people say it has diffrent cuases all together its very difficult it feels like finding a needle in a haystack in a field of heystacks

At now moment, we don't have any cure. And we don't know what cause pssd. Just theories.

I think the cause is dysbiosis. Although alot of people still have resistance against it which I can understand.
Testing you're gut via a stool test for dysbiosis and treat it is one thing you could try. On reddit more an more people who have pssd get tested positive for dysbiosis, just saying...

You don't "cure" anything the same way depression isn't "cured" or being human with feelings and emotions doesn't needs "curing".

This being said work on your mental health, on being more loving and I suspect your symptoms will improve.

More/other meds, exercise, diet, treat your gut, supplements, vitamins, love life, new job, hobbies, meditation, a new moee positive outlook on life, new perspective, feeling the pain fully, embracing sadness etc etc.. your dick is bound to get sensitive again.
