Yeah, that's common in clinical trials, usually they select "young and healthy" to try various dose ranges and access side effects, just avoiding as many confounding variables as possible on their statistics, as it's nothing new that ED is seem in psychiatric issues...but it also doesn't mean people with psychiatric issues may not benefit in the future.

Sooner or later its gonna downregulate the natural production. Dophamine system is more sensitive.
