Because doctors don't know shit. Both me and Dalmatian got PSSD from Trazodone. And many other people. Stay away from that crap.

I took Lexapro for 1 yr. I have had pssd for 4.5 yrs now. I did not take any medication/supplements after that. I have improved by around 70%. Libido is 70%, no genital anesthesia and main issue is ED. It's fine on 70% days. Some days I even get spontaneous erection with only thought but sometimes it is not that good. On bad ED days even if I take cialis it doesn't help but it resolves itself most times in a week or so. So yes time does recover things for some people.

For two years of this illness, I learned that this condition is permanent, I have already come to terms with this, time does not heal unfortunately

Please stop your negativity. Things are progressing better than they ever have done with the research that RxISK are doing so now seems like a time to be cautiously optimistic. Maybe think about how your attitude can make other people feel worse in an already difficult situation.

Frog is right.... Stop negativity, there are many recovery stories as there are steady pssd situations.

I faced this shit for one year almost but last 4 months things are going better and slowly seems to come back....
I have read also other recovery stories but also there are many people who recover and never got back on forums... Maybe this will happen with me in some time too as i am noticing significant improvements....

And yes time is healing without experiment supplements, drugs etc.

I'm close to 6 years with PSSD. I have improved significantly. I am not willing to say yet that I am completely recovered, but it feels like I'm not far off. You absolutely can recover naturally from PSSD.

Can you share what helped you? I am 4,5 years in and it’s getting worse and worse.

Nothing helped me. It just got better over time through a windows/waves pattern.

@scout19 what symptoms did you have when pssd was at it's worse in first few yrs?

And have these improved?

ED, low libido, muted orgasms, numbness. I'm pretty much recovered at this point.
