Congratulations vk13 !

Almost 1,5 year off fluoxetine.
My only concern so far were erections which fluctuated from moderate (most of the time) to almost hard (fewer times), but happened also no erections (very few times).
Before one year i learned about pssd syndrome as searching whats going on with my erections as some days i was unable to get an erection at all, but over a period of time I have to say that i really noticed little improvements.
So last 1-2 months i have to say that i can get rock hard erections at 7/10 times!!!
Other 3/10 i get almost hard erections...
I can masturbate easy at least 2 times per day, usually 3.
I have missed this feeling since pre ssri or my mid 20s...
While on meds masturbation frequency was like 3-4 times per week , masturbation 2-3 times per day or in row was almost impossible!!!
Noticed improvements on erections response through porn also....
Past time i had to masturbate much time to get hard lets say 3-4 minutes and got moderate erections and fewer times no erection as i wrote.
Last month is like 1 minute max to get hard, but never get soft erections!!!
Also some time after ejaculation there is much desire!!! Its like my libido going high alone and need again!!!
Also there is strong ejaculatory force and i feel my orgasms stronger but they were not weak before, lets say they boost up little more now!!!
Like something unblocked down there!!!
Supplements: Οnly vitamin D as i was on a deficient level.
Medications: Levothyroxine as i have mild Hashimoto hypothyroidism disease.Never touched viagra or cialis as told by doctors i visited!
I think you should write your PSSD recovery history
Summary:
PSSD improves by fixing vitamin D deficiency as well as treating Hashimoto's hypothyroidism.
Congratulations.

Yes, it was more like a mild erectile dysfuntion that lasted a few months after discontinuation, not pssd.
