I'm quite anxious, but my libido and erection have completely disappeared, I can't even do it manually, can pssd get worse or is it related to my anxiety? also take trazadone 150mg before bed.

Anxiety is an erection killer. Solve your anxiety first and things will back to normal.

Trazodone causes PSSD and significantly worsens it for many people. Did you not know this? It’s possible it will go back to normal but would highly recommend getting off of it.
