Muscle wastage

This seems uncommon in pssd compatred to pfs? Or at least nowhere near as prevalent or sevrre?
any of you lot get it>

I had PFS for about 4 years with awful muscle wastage that eventually halted and improved to a small degree. However, I made a horrible mistake of taking Lexapro after that time, just for 3 days, which fully crashed me again. Much worse muscle wastage and hair shedding/thinning to an insane degree. Genital shrinkage, thinning skin, etc. I honestly don't know if I worsened my PFS or if I stacked PSSD on top of it.
