Did you feel a sudden shift in your psychology at the onset of your PSSD or did it creep up gradually?

Was there a single moment where you realized you had PSSD because your entire consciousness and state of mind shifted?Or was it gradual where one day you just realized something was wrong and started putting two and two together?
For me I remember it clearly because there was a single moment a few hours after taking SJW that my psyche completely shifted. In a single moment all of the lights turned off inside of me and I later realized I was completely anesthetized. I felt like I was a new person as though I had just been born again. My connection to the past and my old self had been severed as if I were functioning from the most barebones parts of my brain required for basic life functioning.
