I am going to try R-citalopram.
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4346315/

But I am wondering if it makes any effect, without taking citalopram at the same time. Which I do not want to do. Never

ok, it would be better if, in these study results, they matched mice with and without an allosteric site for comparison. They removed the allosteric site and showed that it had no effect - interesting.

What is your conclusion? Is the study badly done? Is it worth trying R-citalopram? Sometimes, I do not want to take anything more, do not try any medication. And let my body heal itself to some degree.

this question should be asked of these researchers. I just doubt why they did that.

"Importantly, escitalopram-induced 5-HTExt elevation was not decreased by R-citalopram co-treatment" looks like the study showed no improvement in reducing elevated serotonin, why are you guys excited about this? I dont quite understand the allosteric site part though.
