Schisandra Chinesis tincture purchased from vitamin shoppe and dosed conservatively has eliminated all of the symptoms I attributed to PSSD.

I’m on day 5 is schisandra and it saved my life.

Schizandra took care of my emotional/anhedonia symptoms. But I had to take a lot. Make sure to get a good source or nothing will happen. Schizandra also made a dent in my genital numbness.

I don´t wanna speak too soon as I am afraid that it will come back, but I think I´m pretty much healed and what I think did it is Schizandra tinkture. I took it for only about 4 days

Schizandra is estrogenic, maybe that is why it helps PSSD?

2. Schizandra chinensis exhibits phytoestrogenic effects by regulating the activation of estrogen receptor-α and -β

I'm trying this right now. Day 3 tomorrow. Will report back.

I am ordering it now just to see how it is. I don't have my hopes up.

Be careful. It's a very strong CYP3A4 inhibitor so it interacts with most drugs. Serious interactions.

Should be great though with BDNF-increasing stuff since it's one of the only compounds that significantly upregulates TrkB-receptors. Damn, I would try it if I could.

idk what that means. I wonder what drugs? I didn't see any warnings when I looked it up. I take lorazepam, kratom and am also on a chinese medicine. haven't had any problems so far.

I've been taking it a few days. I'm not sure if it's because I just haven't jerked off in a week or so or it's because of the shizandra but I almost feel like there's some slight positive difference in sensation. I also added gotu kola to it because I saw someone said they had more success with schizandra with gotu kola

have done 7 days at the max dose suggested on the package. It makes me a little confused to be honest and isn't great on the digestive system. No PSSD improvement, I may stop it now. Another failure.
