So i will.start enantat testorene 400mg week plus HCG 500mng week.
After one month i will add 2 mg estradiol/estrogen daily.

I'm currently on a trial of enclomiphene citrate for a month to see if that helps- based on what you've heard from the server, has anyone tried and had success with this approach? I'm very reluctant to do TRT due to the risk of developing infertility, and HCG is too expensive for my budget right now.

I previously tried clomid for a month, but it didn't do anything for me other than make me tired and depressed.

Enclomiphene citrate is one of the ingredients (isomers actually) of clomid. So it you tried clomid, you've tried enclomiphene citrate. In theory this could work better due to the lack of zuclomifene in clomid which may cause some side effects. Still, you've already tried enclomiphene citrate and frankly I'm skeptical of anyone claiming to sell pure enclomiphene citrate. Maybe such sources exist, but I'm not convinced. I'm guessing most just sell clomid.

I already had clomiphene trial (3 months plus anastrazole).
More semen, a little better erection.
It is not worth trying in my opinion.
I don't have side effects.

Yeah, I had read in various places that pure enclomiphene had a lower side-effect profile than clomid (mixed enclomiphene/zuclomiphene), so I figured it was worth a shot; I felt so bad on straight clomid that I didn't want to keep going, but if enclomiphene doesn't make me feel that way I'm happy to give it a go for a while. As far as whether what I'm getting is really pure enclomiphene citrate, no idea tbh; I got it from a compounding pharmacy recommended by a men's health specialist I'm seeing who seems fairly legit and knowledgeable.

My understanding is that clomid/enclomiphene can take a while to work in some people, so I'm planning to stay on for a few months and see what happens. I have to think that raising my T levels should do *something* for my sexual symptoms at least, even if it doesn't fully cure me.

If estrogen works, why does everyone still have PSSD? Estrogens stimulate and stimulate sex drive and can be used to sexually optimize PSSD. But that's it. It's not the cure. The brain is completely broken. From serotonin to dopamine system. A psychoactive substance like the SSRI has destroyed us mentally and how are you supposed to get your psyche back with estrogens? That is ridiculous. Doesn't that have serious side effects? We need a psychoactive substance that is the opposite of antipsychotics and SSRIs. E.g. Ayahuasca, Salvia, Iboga, Bufo, etc. This is the only way you can optimize yourself to function again. If the libido is still bad after 1 year, then additionally stimulate the libido with estrogens. Nothing else works that way

So I'm not attacking anyone personally here. You are defining something wrong. I did find a way of recovery. I microdose on psychedelics. And it works very well. While estrogen is a good idea, it can only enhance your sexuality. Your feelings, perception, thinking, will, self-confidence, what you once were as a human with all your human feelings you will never get back.
