Pssd paroxetine

Hello I'm Italian new in these nightmare. I took paroxetine for one year stop at 10 mg. All was good than after 10 day reinseriment at 5 mg for three weeks for anxiety problems. I need help i struggle with insomnia wake up every two hours or less. I sleep only 4 or 3 hours. Then muted orgasm no more anxious, no fell emotions, no hungry never. I struggle with these from 2 months.
Do you have any suggestion?
