Feeling very depressed | Should i start antidepressant

Hi

I have been feeling very depressed and was thinking if i should start anti depressants again?
i have had good imporvements in my pssd last few years but now i have got to a very depressive period.
Any other way in which i can get out of this depression? other tools i can use?
