What about women / female PSSD?

As I'm reading through this forum I realized most of this is for men. Unless I'm missing something I only found one thread specifically for women. Women are just as susceptible to PSSD, and though it may not show as much because there aren't erectile issues, it is just as important and debilitating. I'm also thinking that the potential remedies would be different for the female body. I think posts should specify if they are for female or male solutions. Or if any of the studies are specific to one of the other. Or a way to flag a post if it includes/ is targeted at women. Or if someone can go through and tag some of them? When I searched for "women" what mostly came up was how men felt toward women. Thanks and sorry if this sounds like a rant.
