I was just reading about L-Reuteri, and found out that many people make their own yogurt as a way to get much more L-Reuteri and cut down on cost.

Here's some claimed benefits of L-Reuteri: https://supplements.selfdecode.com/blog/l-reuteri/

Here's the yogourt recipe: https://www.luvele.com/blogs/recipe-blo ... urt-method

Obviously, this won't cure PSSD, but could help with digestive issues, brain fog, fatigue, maybe even libido.

I'm gonna make some in the next weeks and report back!

That’s so weird. I swear I’ll try something new and then I come in here and that exact thing is being discussed.
Anyways my old tenant had a package delivered here and she said to just throw it out. It was a probiotic called uro. One of the main ingredients is Reutiri. It’s made for women and vaginal health.

Anyways it was free so I decided to try it. And I have noticed some benefit. It feels esttrogenic (I’m female). I’ve taken lots of different estrogen if herbs, plus hrt and can recognize the effect if estrogen right away. I also have very low hormones so I’m sensitive af.
Anyways it also raised my libido quite significantly. So I was about to come in here and share this when I saw your post. Def recommend testing it out.
I’m not sure the quality of the one I’m taking. I noticed sexual improvements but I don’t have severe pssd my main symptoms are physical , fatigue mostly. But it might be worth a try def noticeable effects!
