Hello everyone, I am new. I started taking psychotropic drugs in 2020, I changed many of them until I found a definitive cure in 2021. I tried Zoloft, Risperdal, Olanzapine, Anafranil, Depakin, Trittico, Duloxetine, Orap. I haven't taken any medications for about 3 months. my ejaculation immediately became perfect again, it is abundant and I feel a lot of pleasure, however I noticed that my libido has not returned to 100% and my erection is also not very vigorous. also, I don't have any erections at night or in the morning. on an emotional level I feel great, I cry, I laugh, I'm happy or sad, in short everything is ok. I have had some intercourse in these 3 months and I have not had major problems, but the erection is not very often. also, the first month after stopping the drugs, I had sudden nocturnal ejaculations every night. However, this problem only lasted a few days. furthermore, to get an erection I have to stimulate the penis, for example if I watch porn without touching myself I don't get an erection. do I have the pssd? Is 3 months still too little?

Yes, 6 months is the minimum time required for diagnosis.

It can be done!

To help with erections, you can always take 3 to 5 g of l-arginine/day - or try a plant like dopa mucuna, which acts on the dopamin and can theoretically improve libido and erections. You can do a combination of both.

Good luck!
