What up everyone?

Its been a couple of years, and I discontinued my frequent visits, or connecting with anyone. I have been able to make it thus far. Things have been managed well, since the last time I was here. I hope this is helpful.

What has seemed to work:

Stretches! Stretching is the single most important thing. Finding stretches that hit every part of the nervous system is so helpful. Learn how world class athletes stretch, and attempt to do that style of technique, everyday.

Protein (ensure) drinks -It can get dangerous drinking them back to back days. Its a good boost of hitting all of the vitamins into your body, at once. This has seemed to be helpful with the PSSD, but the weight gain is dangerous, drinking them often.

Working out/Weight Lifting/Running/Running up stairs/Basketball/Soccer - Anything to get the legs and mind working together. The mind seems to shut off certain areas, and the only thing that has worked is working out.

Zinc - under 50mg at a time
Choline 600mg at a time - Although, internal bleeding started to occur, using Choline regularly.

Buying a watch. Being able to time manage my day for 19 bucks, keeps me healthy and off the couch. you can't waste any time. Staying on the couch will drive into depression.

Porn - No explanation needed.

Alcohol - This is somewhat of a reset button, and can be helpful, when buzzed.

Things that don't work at all:

Alcohol - in the long run, alcohol will work against you with your health and mind.

Energy drinks - it's great to get hooked on them, but it doesn't help you at all.

Smoking of any kind, chewing - It will make you feel awful all day.

Over-eating - eating and eating leading to weight gain is bad.

In addition,

Weight gain has been brutal, like 40 pounds brutal.

I am open for questions. Thanks :geek:

The term "cured" is an absolute term. Things have gotten somewhat better over the past two years. I'll be cured when neurogenesis and gene therapy is an absolute proven practice.

Hi SingleCell,

if you think gene therapy would cure your symptoms which gene do you'd like to replace?

Greetings

After just a little bit of research and messages with Ghost, we assumed it was the 5-HTR1A Gene. This provides the transcription message to the 5-HTR1A auto-receptor. The dream/theory is that if you re-establish that gene, using a copy that isn't damaged (a relative's DNA) , Stem Cell Therapy would repair the damage. This was about a year and half ago, thinking it would be like repairing gene mutations in people, who had diabetes.

I am sorry, I haven't studied this extensively and I am far from a scientists. I will share more on what I know about this in a later post.
